Auto Quote FAQ
In some cases if data you entered does not match you may receive the following error messages
- "Your First name doesn't match our records"
This is a case sensitive validation. Make sure you enter your first name the same way you entered it when you start auto quote. Example:
"Quote/Drivers" pg. - entered "jOhn"
"Buy/PayPlans" pg. - enter exact "jOhn" - "You’ve listed that you’re “married”. Please add or exclude your wife"
Since you're married your spouse must be listed as a driver or excluded from the policy. Otherwise you need to enter that you're single; that may change your quote
